OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Express:

We send all our express delivery parcels with DX which is a next day courier. The cut off times to have it sent next day are 10am. If ordered after 10am it will fall on to the following days orders. 

On some rare occasions there may be a days delay with the courier depending on your location. We will not compensate for late deliveries unless in extreme circumstances.

Standard:

Our standard deliveries are sent via 2nd Class with Royal Mail. This usually takes 3-5 working days. Our usual lead time on dispatching is 1-2 days.

Open box:

If you select open box this means we will not ship your order until you have selected close box. 

The idea of this is to save on shipping costs without loosing out on products before they sell out. 

All orders there after select "Add to box" and on your last order select "Close box where we will dispatch via standard shipping.

Collection:

If you have selected the collection option for your order, please allow 24 hours before collecting your item. 

Our open times are usually Mon-Thurs 9:30-15:30.

Refunds will only be issued on the basis that the item/s are damaged or faulty. Cancellation of orders will result in gift cards being used.

We will not process refunds for items that have been personalised. All items should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition of reciept. No refunds will be issued if your item has been worn or adjusted.

Refund requests can be made by contacting us via email or submitting an enquiry form on our website. Refund requests will be responded to in 3-5 working days.

All damages are to reported to us using the above method within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will always endeavour to dispatch pre-order items within their estimated arrival time however unfortunately on occasion, delays occur. If your pre-order goes over the estimated arrival time by 14 days or more, we will provide the option for a refund or a gift card for the full value.
